  • Where do you ship?

    Bohiëm pieces are handcrafted with care and made to order. We currently ship within the United States and Canada.


    International shipping to select countries will be available soon. We’re working to ensure every Bohiëm package arrives safely, beautifully wrapped, and worth the wait.


    Please note: International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import duties once their order reaches its destination.


    Thank you for your patience as we grow — we can’t wait to share Bohiëm with the world.


  • What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking number first — you’ll find it in your shipping confirmation email.


    If your package appears delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or hasn’t updated in several days, please reach out to us at info@bohiem.com with your order number and full name.


    We’ll gladly help contact the carrier and assist in locating your package.

    While Bohiëm isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we’ll do everything we can to guide you toward a resolution.


    Each order means the world to us, and we want you to receive your piece as beautifully as it was intended. 

  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Each Bohiëm piece is made by hand with care, stitch by stitch.

    Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.


    Ready-to-ship items leave our studio within 2–3 business days.

    Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details—most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Returns

  • Can I return or exhange an item?


    Because each Bohiëm piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    We begin crafting your order soon after it’s placed. If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Do you offer custom orders?

    At this time, Bohiëm accepts a limited number of custom heirloom requests. Reach out through our contact form or email to inquire about availability.
